DS1813-10 Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Bulk. Please refer to power management for TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Through Hole. Power managment ic pin count is 3. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 0 V. There should be no more than 5.5 V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Through Hole is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) . The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 40 µA. A maximum supply temperature of 40 µA can be used with this power management. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known EconoReset series product line.
