ADG1334BRSZ Overview


Packed in 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 20 pins are injected to the electronic part body. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 5V. 260?A current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 400?A on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 16.5V. You should attach at least 5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 12V. The electrical component supports 4 inputs. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 700MHz. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 325Ohm. 8 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
