ADF4153BRUZ-RL7 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 4GHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here. A Fractional N Synthesizer (RF) is a classification for the electronic part in question. This part number ADF4153 is related to the following electrical components. PF synthesizers is equipped with 16 pins. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 5V as its supply voltage. Clock PLL has 1 signal outputs to maximi1e output frequency. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 3.3V. Its lowest supply voltage is 2.7V. For the time clock generator to operate properly, 20mA of supply current are required.
