AD813ARZ-14-REEL Overview


In the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), class d amplifier is packaged.The 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains class d amp, in order to reduce space consumption.It is a very good choice for Current Feedback due to its high performance.Based on Surface Mount, audio power amplifier is mounted on the PCB.Audio amp can be located by using AD813 as the base part number.There is 14 pin count on this board.There are 14 terminations on digital amplifier.Its -3db bandwidth is 100MHz.An electric current of 16.5mA is supplied to audio amplifier.The board is constructed using 14 pins.Operating temperatures must be lower than 125°C.Ideally, the operating temperature should be -55°C.It is currently possible to access a total of 3 channels.Its consumer IC type is VIDEO AMPLIFIER.If the supply voltage (Vsup) is not above 1.2V, the audio amplifier will not operate correctly.In this audio amplifier, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 18V.As long as audio amplifier ic is used, 28V supply voltage will be provided.A supply type of Dual, Single is associated with it.It is observed that the audio amplifier ic gains a voltage of 70dB.A quiescent current of 5.5mA is consumed by the audio amplifier ic, and external influences are not a factor.
