AD680JNZ Overview


There is a handy package PDIP used in this program.An external package of Rail/Tube encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 8.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 2.5V is determined by test statistics.The output should be 1.It contains 8 pins.The temperature should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.Pins 8 are settled in the part.It can be used in a variety of applications due to its Voltage References type.It is able to handle 50mA input applications.Applicable to Through Hole applications.It is possible to communicate at high quality through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 2.5V.Voltage 5V is required.For it to work, it requires a voltage of 4.5V volts.70°C more than 70°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius.2.5V volts are output.As soon as a part is idle, it uses 250μA.0.4% is the maximum level of inaccuracy in the voltage reference ic.
