AD422-02E Overview

An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tube in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 4.5mA. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. For magnetic switches to be actuated, the maximum current should be 20mA. These switches have a maximum current limitation of 4.5mA. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for the magnetic switches to 125°C. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch must not operate at temperatures below -40°C.
