A1460A-PQ208C Overview


A PQFP package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. This device features 167 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part. In order to make this device as versatile as possible, there are 168 different outputs included. As a whole, it has 208 terminations. 208 pins are designed into the device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. Powered by a 5V power supply, it can be operated by almost anyone. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 70°C. Operating temperatures should exceed 0°C. Among its basic building blocks, there are 6000 gates that are included in it. 848 logic blocks (LABs) make up its basic building blocks. As a result, there are 768 registers which are used to store and transfer data. In its architecture, there are 848 CLB modules. This device operates at a frequency of 100MHz in order to provide high efficiency. A maximum voltage of 5.25V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 4.75V, it is able to work properly. In order for the building block to work, fpga semiconductor consists of 848 logic cells.
