A1280A-1PQ160C Overview


The package that contains this software is called PQFP. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. There are 125 I/Os for better data transfer. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. Using 4.75V as the minimum supply voltage, fpga semiconductor can operate.
