The case comes with 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad. In Tape & Reel (TR) cases, it is convenient to pack the part. In this case, the part is mounted in the Surface Mount direction. A voltage of -48V is applied to it. In order for this component to operate correctly, its minimum operating temperature must not be 0°C~70°C. The component connected in -48V Dist Power Systems, AdvancedTCA® Systems is suitable for this component. There is a Source Selector Switch category assigned to the device. It is possible to recognize the FET type as N-Channel. The part is available with 8 terminations as an option. 8 pins are used in the design of this product. As you can see, this part is based on LTC4354. In order to deliver its performance, it is powered by 5V. As part of the 260 process, the peak reflow temperature of this part is utilized. The purpose of this is to run the supply current for the part at 1.2mA in order to run it correctly. There should be no less than 4.5V voltage supply for this part (Vsup). It is at this point that Vsup reaches 11.75V, at which point the maximum supply voltage has been reached. Current supply (Isup) must conduct under 2mA. As a result, it is capable of delivering voltage at 5V.
