864S004AKILFT Overview
This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. Approximately 3.465V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3.135V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. There is a 32-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. 5 pins are configured for high true output enable in this clock generator. This PLL belongs to the family of 864S. The CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits primarily use this clock device. Through DIFFERENTIAL MUX input conditioning, physical input frequency generators can be converted into control signals. 32 terminals for the next generation of frequency generators are included in this device.
