TC74HC125AP Overview


An interesting DIP package is used. As part of the external packaging, this logical driver uses the Rail/Tube form factor. Logic device with 14 different terminations. There is a requirement for 4.5V of supply voltage. This electronic part belongs to the HC/UH family of parts. This electric component comes with 14 pins. Through Hole applications can be used with digital buffer. A 14-pin connector is used. An enhanced bus transceiver with 2 ports is available. Each element employs 1 bits. An example of a Bus Driver/Transceivers type is this. It uses 4?A when quiescent. As low as -40°C is not a problem for it to operate. An ambient temperature of no more than 85°C should be used. The low-level output mode outputs 7.8mA. It is possible that the electronic part may conduct 7.8mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 2V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 6V. The BUS DRIVER logic bus transceiver is known as such. 4 inputs are present in it. Voltage buffers using ENABLE LOW control start up automatically.
