74LVC240AQ20-13 Overview


An interesting 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is used. As part of the external packaging, this logical driver uses the Tape & Reel (TR) form factor. In this bus transceiver, you can choose from a Surface Mount mount or a D mount. There is a wide range of applications for this Buffer, Inverting logic integrated circuit. The supply voltage for this ethernet transceiver is 1.65V~3.6V. As long as the ambient temperature does not exceed -40°C~125°C TA, the logical driver can function. With 3-State outputs, bus transceiver can be used. A 74LVC series network transceiver, it belongs to the line of mobile devices. Logic device with 20 different terminations. There is a requirement for 1.8V of supply voltage. This electronic part belongs to the LVC/LCX/Z family of parts. Surface Mount applications can be used with digital buffer. An enhanced bus transceiver with 2 ports is available. Each element employs 4 bits. If the transceiver is to be supplied with power, then it must be supplied with a minimum voltage of 1.65V. As a result of its 8 line level input capability, the buffer IC is more cost-effective for the transmission of signals. It is powered by 40μA supply currents.
