74LCX244FT Overview

Using a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 1.65V~3.6V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~85°C TA. Buffer IC has 24mA 24mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 2 elements. Network transceivers in the 74LCX series include this one. There are 20 terminations on this ethernet transceiver, all of which perform different functions. 3.3V is required for its operation. This logical driver is a member of the LVC/LCX/Z family. A total of Surface Mount applications can be accommodated by logical driver. A total of 20 pins are present on digital buffer. With 2 ports, this logic device is enhanced. For each element, 4 bits are used. During quiescence, the electronic part uses 10μA. It is essential that a minimum voltage of 1.65V is used to supply the bus transceiver.
