It is possible for the electronic part to conduct -7.8mA of current when operating on high-level output mode. There should be a voltage at least of 2V used to run this buffer. As far as maximum supply voltage is concerned, it is rated at 6V. With the help of this logical driver, you can output up to 4 signals simultaneously.
