23S08E-1HPGG Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Rail/Tube-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the TSSOP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 16 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a 16-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. PLL is designed with 16 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs 0°C operations per second. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 70°C with attenuated performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. As a result, it is commonly classified as a type of Clock Drivers clock PLL. The maximal same edge skew (tskwd) can not be exceeded. 8 pins are configured for high true output enable in this clock generator. This PLL belongs to the family of 23S. A voltage above 3.6V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. For this clock generator ic, 3V is the lowest allowable supply voltage. The PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits primarily use this clock device. I have designed a frequency synthesizer that has 1 elements and a low amount of jitter. Through MUX input conditioning, physical input frequency generators can be converted into control signals.
