ZRC330Y02 Overview
A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 2.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3.3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 3.3V is outputted.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 2%.
