XC3064A-7PQ160I Overview


A PQFP package contains it, and it is available for download. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. During the installation of this device, 120 outputs were incorporated. In total, there are a total of 160 terminations on fpga chips. A significant amount of RAM is allocated to this FPGA module to ensure that the program can operate normally. With a 5V supply voltage, designers can fully utilize the flexibility of the device. Power is supplied to the device by a 5V battery. A maximum operating temperature of 100°C can be reached by this module. Over -40°C should be the operating temperature. Featuring 160 pins in total, it is a versatile device. Most commonly, this device makes use of an oscillating crystal frequency of 113MHz to operate. The registers used in the transfer of and storage of data are 688 in number. In order to make the architecture work, 224 CLBs are used. As most of the logic cells for the building blocks are 224 logic cells, it incorporates a lot of logic. The MAX USABLE 4500 LOGIC GATES feature also characterizes fpga circuit. There are 3500 equivalent gates in the FPGA that implement the design.
