XC3020A-7PC68C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: PLCC package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 58 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. For this FPGA to operate correctly, the supply voltage must be greater than 4.75V. The FPGA implements the design by using 1000 equivalent gates in order to achieve the desired result. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 85°C.
