XC3020A-7PC68C Overview

There are two packages that contain fpga chips: PLCC package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 58 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. There is an FPGA model contained in Bulk in order to conserve space. In total, it has 68 terminations on each end. In this case, there are 68 pins on the board. The device runs on a 5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 1500 gates. This device has a pin count of 68 in fpga semiconductor. It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 113MHz in order to do its work. A CLB is a basic module that determines the architecture of a system. For the building block, it encompasses 64 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. For this FPGA to operate correctly, the supply voltage must be greater than 4.75V. The FPGA implements the design by using 1000 equivalent gates in order to achieve the desired result. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 85°C.
