FPGA uses a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube external packaging.Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C.FPGA is programmable through OTP.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V.This memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.The size of data storage is limited to 2Mb.You can search "XC17S200A" for other related parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.8 terminations with different functions.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than 225.FPGA has 8 pins.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.015mA.8 pins are set with the part.The memory's I/O is configured as COMMON.To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 3.3V recommends users apply 3.3V on the part.
