XA3S500E-4FT256Q Overview

There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. Having 190 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 10476 logic elements/cells. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~125°C TJ range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space.
