X60250V8IZ Overview


TSSOP is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have 1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.25V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.It can be used with 400μA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.7V.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 1.25V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 60μA.
