An easy-to-use 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 1.25V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "X60250".For applications with 400?A inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A voltage of 3V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 2.7V at a minimum.An input voltage of 2.7V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 0V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 60?A is the supply current.There is 1.25V voltage higher than 1.25V that the voltage reference ic can send.
