X60008EIS8-50 Overview


An easy-to-use SOIC package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 8.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.A voltage of 6.5V is required for its operation.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 85°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at -40°C degrees Celsius.Voltage output is 5V.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 800nA is used.There is 0.5% maximum inaccuracy for this voltage reference ic.
