There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.096V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 240.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.5V at a minimum.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 4.0965V.There is 4.0955V voltage lower than 4.0955V at the output of the voltage reference ic.There is 0.5% maximum inaccuracy for this voltage reference ic.85°C is its maximum ambient temperature.It is recommended that the bottom temperature of the voltage reference ic be -40°C.
