X4045M8Z Overview

During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. Power managment ic pin count is 8. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 4.5V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 3mA.
