X4003M8Z Overview

This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached MSOP functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. 8 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 4.5V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The power management's supply current is 3mA. To be able to work, this power management requires 5V volts of power. A maximum supply temperature of 3mA can be used. On the power management, 1 inputs are monitored.
