This LED driver IC features an enhanced 444-BGA Exposed Pad package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tray package.As a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V for power supply.There can be up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.444 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.A 444-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.Network Interfaces is a subcategory of this rf transceiver module.The driver IC in this product is designed so that it can be powered by 1.23.3V.There are 8 transceivers implemented in this module isolated transceiver.
