This LED driver IC features an enhanced 25-VFBGA package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.As a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 1.8V for power supply.There can be up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.The base part number USB3316 identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., so you can search for more variants by using it.A 25-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.There must be a transceiver module's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver.This IC has a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V.This line driver ic requires a minimum supply voltage of 3.3V to function properly.There is a 25-VFBGA (3x3) supplier package that is used for this wide receiver.A power-saving technique is used in this integrating circuit, whintegrating circuith belongs to the flexPWR™ series.
