Converts a USB port to 2 independently controllable RS422 serial ports.

Designed with FTDI’s FT2232H Hi-Speed USB device the module can enable connecting legacy RS422 peripherals to your PC USB port at data rates up to 10Mbps.

The module is powered from the host USB port.

Data and hardware handshaking lines are provided: TXD+ / TXD-, RXD+ / RXD-, CTS+ / CTS-, RTS+ / RTS-

Indicator LEDs are included to show data transfer and power status

The product works with the royalty free FTDI drivers for Windows, MAC OSX, Linux, Android.

The USB-COM422-PLUS2 is fully RoHS compliant and is CE, FCC and UKCA approved.

Operating temperature range -40oC to +85oC.
