UCD7230PWPG4 Overview


It comes in a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 4.5V~15.5V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of Up to 2MHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . A variety of 20 terminations are available in dc switching. UCD7230 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. The switching converter has a total of 20 pins. Switching converter is a special type of MOSFET Drivers. This Surface Mount makes DC switcher suitable for most prototypes and applications. This dc regulatorhas a max frequency of 2MHz. Voltage 12V is required for supply.
