For greater flexibility, the HTSSOP EP package is adopted.This configuration includes 1 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 14 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 14 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.There are 14 component pins on the board.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 105°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 16V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.A current of 4A is output by the device.The input is characterized by STANDARD.Mosfet driver ic is not allowed to exceed 200mA when operating the supply current.
