UCC39422NG4 Overview


As a result of 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 1.8V~8V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 150kHz~1.2MHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Through Hole.
