UCC2803PW Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tray. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 3.6V~12V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 31kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
