UCC27200DG4 Overview


There is greater flexibility with the SOIC package.The packaging method is indicated by Rail/Tube.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 3A can be achieved at maximum power.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.The component has 8 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 140°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Keeping the supply current at 4mA ensures greater stability.During operation, the supply voltage of 17V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 8V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 3A.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.The frequency of 1MHz can result in an improvement in efficiency.
