UC3874N-2G4 Overview

Capsuled in the 18-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 4.4V~36V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Through Hole. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
