TSM1011AIST Overview


An easy-to-use 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage ANALOG CIRCUIT.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.In the voltage reference ic, there are 8 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~105°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Power Management Circuits.You can find other relevant parts by searching "TSM1011".For applications with 1mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 50mA.A voltage of 18V is required for its operation.An input voltage of 4.5V~28V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 2.545V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.There should be 28V voltage greater than 28V volts for this voltage reference ic's maximum supply voltage.At least 4.5V voltage is needed to power the voltage reference circuit.
