TS6001BIG325 Overview


Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Strip.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.16% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Part 3 has its pins 3 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used by applications with 500?A inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.5V.In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 2.7V~12.6V volts.A supply current of 35?A volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
