TS5N412PWR Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 16 terminations.
