TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.225V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.TS4041 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 12mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.225V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 70?A.1.225V voltage lower than 1.225V can be output by the voltage reference ic.It can output a voltage of 1.225V regardless of external conditions.
