A high-performance transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode array with a single channel and a surge rating is the TS30042-M050QFNR from Semtech Corporation. Electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and other voltage transients frequently seen in industrial, medical, and telecommunication applications are protected by its design. Using Semtech's patented process technology, the diode array is constructed with a high level of surge immunity and a low clamping voltage. It is excellent for designs with limited space because it is offered in a small, surface-mount package.
