TPS79530DCQRG4 Description


TPS79530DCQRG4 is a member of low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators available in small outline, 6-pin SOT-223 and 3-mm × 3-mm VSON package. It is able to deliver a high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow-noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and load transient responses. With an advanced, proprietary BiCMOS fabrication process, the TPS79530DCQRG4 low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator is capable of yielding extremely low dropout voltages (for example, 110 mV at 500 mA).
