TPS715345DCKRG4 Description
The TPS715 low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators are low quiescent current devices that offer the benefits of a wide input voltage range and low-power operation in miniaturized packaging. The low dropout voltage and low quiescent current of the TPS715 allows operation at extremely low power levels. Thus, the TPS715 is designed for battery powered applications and as a power management attachment to low-power microcontrollers.
