TPS62701YZFR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 8-UFBGA, DSBGA packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.3V volts. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 6V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TPS62701 family of products.
