TPS60301DGSR Overview
As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. 700kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2Vin 3V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 40mA 20mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 40mA 20mA. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 1V is provided. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TPS60301 family of products. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 3.6V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 10 pins that must be connected. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 3.12V volts. External factors do not affect voltage regulator's consumption of 35?A A of quiescent current. 900mV V supply voltage ensures reliable performance of adjusting voltage regulator. A maximum supply voltage of 1.8V can be used to operate the voltage regulator 12v.
