For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tube. Its PCM, Filter type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. Supply voltage is 4.75V~5.25V for the analog circuit. 4.75V~5.25V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit.
