TOP244R-TL Overview

An embedded ac to dc converter is included in TO-263-7, D2Pak (6 Leads + Tab), TO-263CB package.Tape & Reel (TR) case is available for the ac dc converter.Surface Mount mounts this AC/DC converter.The ac dc converter needs to be operated at -40°C~150°C TJ °C in order to perform.The AC DC converter utilizes a type SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC.There is 66kHz~132kHz switching frequency.As a result, it has a total of 6 terminations.There are 4 pins in total.This AC to DC converter belongs to the TOPSwitch®-GX family of manufacturers.The ac to dc conversions can be found in Switching Regulator or Controllers .It produces a voltage of 12V .Currently, the maximum current that the ac to dc inverter can take is 2.16A .A minimum voltage of 85V is required across the converter.It is possible to supply 265V voltage across the converter.
