TN80C188EA20 Overview

Due to its PLCC packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. The type MICROPROCESSOR belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. In order to handle hardware interrupts, there are 5 external interrupt terminations. To program DMA (Direct Memory Access), 2 channels are used.
