TMS370C742ANT is a member of the TMS370 family of single-chip 8-bit microcontrollers designed based on high-performance silicon-gate CMOS EPROM and EEPROM technology. Integrating advanced peripheral function modules and various on-chip memory configurations, cost-effective real-time system control can be provided. Due to its low-operating power, wide-operating temperature range, noise immunity of CMOS technology, and high performance and extensive on-chip peripheral functions, the TMS370C742ANT microcontroller is well suited for automotive electronics, industrial motor, computer peripheral control, telecommunications, and consumer applications.
