TMPR4955BFG-300 Overview


The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in PQFP. The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. To date, there have been 160 terminations. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.5V. An architecture based on 64 bits is used. Datasheets for 160 pin functions can be found here. A maximum supply current of 1.6V is available. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 64b. If the temperature is higher than 70°C, the microprocessor should not operate. A total of 160 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 300MHz. It is possible to use the micro processor from 1.5V. According to the datasheet, the embedded microprocessor requires 1.53.3V power supply. The embedded microprocessor also includes the following features: ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY.
