A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 48-TQFP Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tray is used.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~60V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type CMOS.A high-side voltage can be set up to 85V (Bootstrap).
